To attain the necessary product reliability and establish the conditions for free-flowing serial production, feasibility analyses, FMEAs and advance quality planning are performed during the planning phase by a team of intra-departmental specialists. During the entire development phase right up to the maturity phase, every single stage is monitored and updated.

The results and the experiences acquired through the development activities as well as the start of production are systematically assessed and form the basis for the introduction of any process improvements.
