Toolmaking

We develop the tools, devices and gauges required for the production of prototypes and serial parts in the form of projects.

At the earliest phase, our interdisciplinary teams prepare feasibility studies, FMEAs and advance quality planning to ensure the necessary product safety and to satisfy the requirements for zero-fault series production. We monitor and update these plans throughout the entire process development, through to series maturity.

Results and experience from the development activities are logged systematically and used as the basis for our improvement process.
